This past week I watched the online premiere of “Hungry For Change” and found it very informative and thought provoking. Watching the movie made me realize just how naive and unsuspecting we are in regards to the food in this country. We trust the government to be honest in labeling our foods, and they aren’t. We trust the FDA to be non-biased in defining regulations and setting standards of health for us but they aren’t either. We also put a lot of trust in food manufacturers to label their foods honestly and they don’t. Below is the link to the online film:
