Week One: Restock your pantry to support your new healthy lifestyle! We will do a store tour, learn to read labels, learn savvy shopping tips, and discuss menu planning. This will be your foundation for healthy eating.
October 17, 6pm
Learn how to cook without oil. Learn to make healthy alternatives to dairy (milk and cheese)—all plant-based and delicious!
October 24, 6pm
Learn about the health benefits of plant proteins, such as tempeh, tofu, beans, nuts and seeds, and how to prepare them.
October 31, 6 pm
Have your cake and eat it too! You can enjoy delicious, healthy desserts, without the guilt. We will discuss alternatives to refined sugar, and we will sample a variety of amazing desserts.
