Shred cabbage and place in a bowl.
Remove thick stems from kale and pile several leaves on top of each other. Roll lengthwise like you are rolling up a newspaper. Slice thinly in strips. Place in bowl with cabbage.
Shred carrot and place in bowl.
Slice the red onion into very thin strips. Place into bowl.
Place thawed mango into bowl with kale.
Toss with dressing and serve.
